Web design for allied health practices in Brisbane
Nobody searches for a physiotherapist. They search for the thing that hurts.

What patients search for, and where it lands
Someone with a sore lower back types back pain and their suburb, not the name of a profession. A practice whose only web address is a booking page can be found by the people who already know its name, which is the one group that did not need a website. Cliniko, HotDoc, Halaxy and Fresha are good at taking the appointment. None of them was built to be found by a stranger with a sore back.
So the build starts from the searches. Six page designs: one for each group of conditions you treat, one about the practitioner, one on what a first appointment is like, one on fees and rebates (private health, care plans, NDIS, DVA, workers compensation) and one on finding the clinic, parking and stairs included. Every page links straight into the booking system you already use; nothing replaces it, and nothing touches patient records. The enquiry form takes a name, contact details and a preferred time and never asks about symptoms, so no health information arrives by email. If you are registered with AHPRA, the site carries no testimonials, star ratings or review widgets, because the National Law does not allow them in your advertising: trust comes from your training, your approach and the first-appointment page instead.
Each profession is searched differently
Registration, rebates and the way patients search all change from one profession to the next, so each has its own page. I build them from Logan, for practices across Brisbane and the rest of Australia.
- PhysiotherapyPages for each injury you treat, linked into Cliniko or Nookal, with fees and rebates set out.
- Occupational therapyWritten for the parent searching at night and for the coordinator sending a referral.
- PodiatryA page per foot problem, the diabetes referral path, and a service area for home visits.
- DieteticsYour APD credential up front, a page per condition, and telehealth across state lines.
- PsychologyA page per psychologist, honest availability, and a site that knows it is not a crisis line.
- NDIS providersBuilt for participants, families and coordinators, accessible first, and accurate about registration.
